Before you start your registration

Get these ready first — it'll take about 15 minutes if you have everything on hand. Scroll down for help getting your Police Check and filling in your Tax form.

Documents you'll need to upload

  • Passport or Australian Driver's Licence — required
  • National Police Check — must be a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), not any other type — required
  • Visa Grant Notice or VEVO check result (if you're not an Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident) — required
  • A recent photo of yourself (selfie or portrait, face clearly visible) — required How to take an acceptable selfie: face clearly visible, plain background, no hat or sunglasses
  • One more ID document — insurance card, utility bill, bank statement, or student ID — required
  • Completed & signed Tax File Number (TFN) Declaration form — required

Don't have your Police Check yet?

We can only accept a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) — the same check used for Working with Children sites. A standard AFP check is not accepted.

Fee is $46 — AMC will reimburse you once you receive your certificate. Applying can take 1–2 weeks, so start this as early as possible. Need help? Call the Screening Unit on 9264 4477.
